About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed with Cheese 2 Meat You, 96/2 Nittayo Rd, Udon Thani 41000, Thailand. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Thai baht (THB). We may change prices and availability at any time. Imported stock varies, so an item may occasionally be unavailable; we will contact you if that happens.

Delivery

We post nationwide across Thailand. Shipping is charged at a flat rate by zone, as shown on our Delivery page. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Chilled, frozen and perishable goods

Meat, cheese and other chilled or frozen items are packed for the post, but they are perishable. Please arrange for someone to receive your parcel and refrigerate or freeze items promptly on arrival.

Returns and problems

If an item arrives damaged, spoiled or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours with a photo so we can put it right. Because of food safety rules we cannot accept returns of opened or perishable goods.

Liability

We take care with every order, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the price of the goods you ordered. Product information such as ingredients and allergens is provided by the manufacturer; please check the packaging.
